RAILEXPERT is an independent company specialising in signalling engineering and railway safety. It contributes its expertise to major international rail projects.

Vincent ROGER

RAILEXPERT was founded by Vincent ROGER, an experienced engineer and qualified (EOQA) assessor.

• 20 years’ experience in the rail industry (RAMS Management, Systems Management);

•  Safety: ERTMS/ETCS products and systems, and interlocking;

•  ERTMS/ETCS applications: high-speed or conventional lines, trackside or onboard parts, from constituents through to subsystems;

• Participation in the creation of CENELEC safety standards and ERTMS/ETCS specifications.
